Fault codes
A vendor fault, warning or event code as one make and model family prints it. Identity slots are written deterministically from the cited manual row; what the code means is carried by ordinary cited claims (reports, indicates, event-axis relations), never by drafted prose. The body stays empty.
Each code is one record per make, model family and code: what it reports, whether production stops or is reduced, what clears it, and the manual row that defines it. The manufacturer's own cause and corrective text is never reproduced.
