For agents and tools

• Every record has a stable IRI, such as https://solarlattice.org/kb/fm/pid. The IRI serves a page with the record's JSON-LD embedded; add .jsonld for the data alone.
• Ontology: OWL (Turtle), JSON-LD context, JSON Schema, LinkML source.
• All records in one file: records.jsonld.
• Tools: clone solar-kb, run pip install -e ., then solar-kb build and solar-kb query.
