mySolarEdge app

mySolarEdge is SolarEdge's mobile app for homeowners. It is part of the online services SolarEdge offers to system owners. The app shows real-time solar production and home energy use. If panel-level data is enabled, the owner can also see production for each panel. From the app, the owner can manage how the battery behaves, schedule charging with a SolarEdge EV charger and control other SolarEdge smart devices. Its Weather Guard feature follows National Weather Service data. When a storm could affect power, it charges the battery to full first. The app also uses AI to manage energy and EV charging schedules so the owner saves as much as possible. In the No-Call RMA check for a site that is not communicating, the installer should first check with the system owner, who can read the inverter screen or check status in mySolarEdge before anyone calls support. If the inverter does not respond, the app check is not enough: someone has to inspect the site in person, take measurements and take pictures.
