Power board replacement means swapping out the inverter's power supply board. Yaskawa Solectria documents it as a customer procedure for the XGI 1500 inverter. The spare part is one auxiliary power circuit board assembly, part number UTC001400. First connect the black and red wires to the board's screw terminals with a number 1 Phillips bit and a torque driver, tightening both to 10.2 in-lbs. Take care not to damage the sub boards that stand at right angles to the board. Mount the new board by lining up the mounting pegs and pressing it upward until the tabs click into place. If the holes do not line up, you may need to pull the tabs aside while pushing the board in. Plug the power supply harness back onto the board's pins. The connector only fits one way. Finish by refitting the right enclosure cover and torquing its screws.
