PV input terminal
The PV input terminals are the positive and negative points on an inverter where the PV string conductors from the panels are landed. Always check polarity before you terminate PV conductors so you do not wire them in reverse.
<!-- review notes
- sentence 2: support check: partial - The passage says to always verify polarity before terminating PV conductors to the bypass terminals to avoid reverse polarity, but this is stated only for bypass terminals, not for PV conductors in general. -->
