Missing ground connection

Start by checking the grounding conductor connection at the inverter and confirming it is landed and secure. At the array, a field survey can record each module frame as wired ground, resistive ground, no ground or unknown, and its function as well grounded or no connection. During that survey, also note any corrosion on the frame grounding, from some to major, because corroded parts may explain a poor connection. If these causes are ruled out and the Sungrow fault does not clear, contact the manufacturer's service.
