Boost capacitor overvoltage
With the alarm, the inverter keeps running. The flagged condition does not by itself stop production. For the alarm, first check the related wiring and terminals for problems. Then look for foreign material or other abnormal conditions around the unit and fix what you find. For the fault, open both the AC and DC switches, wait 15 minutes, then close them again to restart the inverter. If the alarm persists, or the fault comes back after the restart, contact Sungrow customer service. The manufacturer's table does not name a root cause or failure mode for this event. Treat it as an internal inverter condition and use the service escalation path.
<!-- review notes
- sentence 5: support check: partial - The table does not name a root cause and does escalate to customer service, but it never calls the event an internal inverter condition. The table also advises wiring and environmental checks, so treating it as purely internal is not stated. -->
