The first-generation HEM UL datasheet lists the models FS4200M, FS4201M and FS4204M, rated to operate from -40 °C to +60 °C with power derating above 40 °C. The GEN3 datasheet gives a DC voltage range of 934 V to 1500 V for the FS5004MU and 976 V to 1500 V for the FS5075MU. The datasheet notes say to contact Power Electronics for Freemaq DC/DC connection configurations, derating curves, sites above 1000 m altitude, and other standards or grid codes. The datasheets also say that P-Q charts are available, and that the minimum DC voltage changes in proportion to the AC voltage during grid overvoltage. An option is available for operation below -25 °C.
